Free Hebrew
Aleph with Beth
A free video course teaching biblical Hebrew by immersion — props, pictures, and gesture, with no English explanation at all, so a speaker of any language can follow it. It starts from nothing and runs to well over a hundred lessons.
Why this is listed
The no-English design is what earns its place: a Hebrew course usable by someone whose first language is Portuguese or Telugu, released under an open licence. Slower to reach a paradigm chart than a grammar, and the vocabulary sticks in a way charts do not.
How to start
- Open freehebrew.online (opens an external site) and read what Free Hebrew says about itself before you read anything else.
- Confirm the cost and level fit: free, introductory, over months.
- Note the tradition — Interdenominational. It will shape what you are taught, and that is worth knowing going in.
- Put the first session in your calendar now. The gap between reading about study and doing it is a calendar entry.

5x5x5 New Testament Reading Plan
The Navigators
Read one New Testament chapter a day, five days a week, for about five minutes, and finish all 260 chapters in a year. The plan pairs each reading with five simple ways to dig in, such as restating the passage in your own words and naming the big idea.
